Delivery policy

Where we deliver. We deliver to the regions and districts listed at checkout. Coverage is set by our team district by district — if your district does not appear, delivery is not yet available there and you are welcome to choose store pickup or contact us.

Delivery fees. Fees are set per region and district and are shown before you pay. The fee for your selected destination appears in the order summary at checkout.

Timing. Estimated delivery periods shown at checkout are estimates provided by our team, not guarantees. We will contact you if anything is likely to take longer.

Store pickup. Pickup carries no delivery fee. We will notify you by SMS once your order is ready for collection, and you will need your order reference and the phone number on the order.
