Privacy policy

What we collect. When you create an account we collect your name, email address and mobile number. When you order we also record your delivery or pickup details and your order history. Payment is handled by our payment provider; we do not store card numbers or mobile money PINs.

Why we collect it. To verify your phone number, process and deliver your orders, provide support and warranty service, and keep the accounting records a retail business must keep.

SMS. We send transactional SMS about your account and orders. Marketing SMS is sent only to customers who have separately opted in, and every marketing message includes a way to opt out. Opting out of marketing does not stop order-related messages.

Sharing. We share only what is necessary with our SMS provider and our payment provider so that those services can function. We do not sell personal data.

Your choices. You can update your details, change your marketing consent and review your orders from your account at any time, or contact us to request deletion.
