Terms and conditions

Orders. Placing an order is an offer to buy. We confirm the order once payment is verified. Prices, stock levels and specifications shown on the site may change, and we will contact you if something you ordered is no longer available.

Stock reservation. When you reach checkout we reserve your items for a limited period so they are not sold to someone else while you pay. If payment is not completed within that period the reservation is released and the items return to general stock.

Payment. We accept mobile money through our payment provider and manual bank transfer. A bank transfer is only treated as paid once our finance team has confirmed the funds in our bank records — a payment screenshot on its own is not confirmation.

Specifications. Technical figures such as throughput, wireless range and client capacity are manufacturer-rated values measured under test conditions. Real-world performance depends on your environment, and we do not present those figures as guaranteed.

Installation. Installation is arranged on request and quoted separately. It is not purchased through the online checkout.
